  1. What is the NCCC Rewards Club?

    The NCCC Rewards Club is NCCC’s loyalty program that aims to deliver a rewarding shopping experience to its members.

  2. How much is the membership fee?

    It costs P88 pesos only.

  3. Where do I use it?

    You can use the NCCC Rewards card at NCCC Supermarket, NCCC Department Store, Hardwaremaxx, HB1, Kodakan, Breadfactory, and Munccchies.

  4. Can I get a card for free by purchasing products from any NCCC store?

    No. You only need to pay 88 pesos membership fee to become a member.

  5. What perks will I enjoy I become a member of the NCCC Rewards Club?

    As a member of the NCCC Reward Club , you get discounts on selected items, points that you can redeem for free items or rebates, a birthday treat, and other extra perks like early access to promos, free entrance to events and free parking for Main Magsaysay. Plus, you can also avail of discounts and free items from NCCC's business partners (provide link to business partners).

  6. How do I earn points?

    You earn points for every P200 accumulated purchase in any NCCC outlet to get 1 point.

  7. If I use a credit card or debit card do I still earn the same points?

    No. Credit and debit cards earn .50 points every P200 pesos of accumulated purchases.

  8. I'm busy, can another person claim my NCCC Rewards card?

    Yes. Your representative must present an authorization letter signed by the principal card member and present a valid ID.

  9. Can I apply on-line for the NCCC Rewards Card?

    Yes you can, but its module is currently under development.

  10. Is the online registration easy?

    Yes, just visit our website www.nccc.com.ph/rewardsclub and click Register Online. Fill up the registration form, read the terms of use and hit Submit button. An email confirmation will be sent to you. Go to any NCCC Customer Service Center and present your Rewards card, 1 valid ID and your Activation code.

  11. What will happen if the activation code for online registration is lost?

    It's Ok, just present your NCCC Rewards card and 1 valid ID (SSS, Driver's License, Passport, Company, Pag-Ibig, Voter's) at any NCCC Customer Service Center.

  12. What will happen if no email verification notice is received?

    The system automatically disregards the application. For assistance, you may call at any of our Customer Service Center.

  13. What will happen if applicant does not claim the NCCC Rewards card ?

    We keep the cards for 60 days, after that time we shall dispose the card. We encourage applicants to claim their cards immediately.

  14. Can my daughter use the card even if I'm not with her?

    Yes. Anyone can use your card every time it is presented for swiping at our check out counters. However, redemption of points can only be made by the card member.

  15. Does the NCCC Rewards card have an expiration date?

    The NCCC Rewards Card is valid for 1 year . Renewals may be made one month before or within the expiration month.

  16. What if I forgot to bring my NCCC Rewards card, can I transact with the Customer Service Center?

    We encourage you to bring your NCCC Rewards card each time you transact with us, this way, we can easily refer to your account and provide you real time updates.

  17. I just made a 1,000 pesos purchase at your supermarket, I forgot to bring my NCCC Rewards card, can you encode my transaction manually with only a receipt?

    As of June 05, 2003, we have discouraged the manual encoding of transactions. By bringing your NCCC Rewards card you ensure the accurate posting of your points and any other modifications you may want to do with your account.

  18. How do I renew my membership?

    You can visit us at any Customer Service Center and present your expiring card or renew online if you are registered online. Click on Membership Renewal. Your card should have a minimum of 50 points for online renewals.

  19. How do I avail of the mini birthday cake?

    Get your mini birthday cake by claiming a stub from the Customer Service Center, then proceed to the Breadfactory outlet. You may claim it within a month of your birthdate.

  20. Can I authorize another person to claim the mini birthday cake?

    We encourage you to claim it personally. Anyway, you have 1 month to claim it.

  21. My card expired two years ago, can I still redeem my points?

    No. We allow redemption of points until one year of the card's expiration. Beyond that time, you will have to apply as a new applicant.

  22. What is the Kanegosyo card?

    We encourage wholesalers and business owners to have their own cards for their bulk purchases. It is available in silver, gold and platinum.

  23. How is it different from the NCCC Rewards Card?

    Bigger discounts, more rebates, and more exclusive incentives for you and your business.

  24. How do I qualify for a Kanegosyo Card?

    If you are a business owner, you can get an application form and attach a photocopy of your business permit. Just present an original copy of your business permit for verification.

  25. How do I get silver, gold and platinum cards?

    Silver card members makes a minimum annual purchase of P240,000 pesos; gold card members, a minimum annual purchases of P6 million pesos; while platinum card members make a minimum annual purchases of P12 million pesos.
