Onsite Application Procedures

  1. Go to any NCCC Customer Service Center and bring any of your valid IDs (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, etc.).
  2. Fill out an NCCC Rewards Plus application form.
  3. Pay P88.00 to the Customer Service Associates and claim your card.

For Kanegosyo Members

  1. Go to any NCCC Customer Service Center and present any of your valid IDs (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, etc.), and a photocopy of your business permit.
  2. Fill out an NCCC Rewards application form.
  3. Pay P88.00 to the Customer Service Associates and claim your card.

Online Application Procedures (Module currently under development)

  1. Click on Online Application. Fill out your personal details and the branch where you intend to claim card. Click the submit button when done.
  2. Confirm your account upon receipt of our email to you. Non-confirmation disregards the application.
  3. Renew your membership wherever you are.
  4. Write the application number indicated on your email and present a valid ID (SSS, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID) at the Customer Service Center where you intend to claim card.
  5. Pay P88.00 pesos to the Customer Service Associate and start your rewards experience each time you pay at our counters.

Register your NCCC Rewards Card online, so you can:

  1. Get the latest news about NCCC Rewards Club and its business partners.
  2. Update your personal account information.
  3. See the list of your transactions.
  4. Check and redeem your points.
  5. Renew your membership wherever you are.
  6. Report lost/damaged cards.
  7. Share your rewarding experience with other members.
  8. Give your comments and suggestions directly to Rewards Administrator.
