After more than 50 years of humility, caring, hardwork, excellence, and fun, NCCC has finally instituted its caring heart in NCCC Cares to be able to give our caring more focus, breadth, and depth. NCCC Cares is geared towards caring for its associates and the community, focusing particularly on the youth.

NCCC Cares was formed purposely to provide material support for community development projects and to provide trainings to barangays relative to disaster preparedness and response. It was not until May 2005 that the focus of NCCC Cares was changed to cater to the community programs of NCCC.

The Educational Assistance Program, for instance, was inspired by the scholarship grant of the late Mr. Henry Lim to the children of the Lizada neighborhood. The company has always been committed to helping the most needy as it ventures into other programs that would benefit the youth, the family and the whole community.
