The management is kindhearted. To its employees, the company pays well. There are many benefits like scholarship for the dependents, medical, and housing. To its community, the company helps street children by providing scholarship too. Lastly, to its customers, the company gives the lowest price in town.

It's been 22 years of serving the company. As a pay back for what the company gave me, I will continuously give my best to serve its customers. To Tatay, Nanay and Sir Henry, a million thanks!

Graphic Artist

It is a great pleasure to be part of the NCCC Family. Actually, NCCC is my first employer. I started as a sales associates in Department Store and was assigned as a propsman for the Creative and Production Group of Central Marketing.

I have learned more from experience and my personality was developed too. This has helped me become successful in my career. After all, I became a graphic artist through the trainings and seminars that enhanced my untapped skills. Also, the help and continuous encouragement of my fellow associates motivate me to become more efficient and knowledgeable in doing my present job. I like the working environment here in NCCC, they treat their employees as a member of their family.

Training Assistant

I started working here in NCCC as a part-time cashier, but now I'm one of the company's trainers. Becoming one of the trainers was not part of my expectations. Who would expect that a cashier can be a trainer? But the company made it possible for me, they gave me the opportunity to grow as an individual.2007 was the year I was transferred to PEOPLE office and became part of the Make 'Em Better team. What I cannot forget is the trust that they gave me even when I was a student.

Being in the company for three years is a blessing, I'm proud and happy to work here in NCCC for it helps  me to live the core values not only in the workplace but in my personal life as well. The company is so supportive to the growth of its people. I thank God for making NCCC an instrument for opportunities and growth.

Merchandise Management Specialist

Let me share my personal experiences with the company. It was summer of 1997 when my father told me that I have to stop studying because of financial constraints. However, being a person with dreams and plans for the future and with high regard for education, I decided to work to be able to pursue school. Unfortunately, I had to quit my first job. I opted to find a better one and NCCC gave it to me. I worked part-time as a cashier with a schedule that allowed me to study at the same time. It was the most challenging part of my life doing two things at a time at the age of seventeen (17). However, I was able to overcome the challenges because of my father who became my inspiration for everything and my supervisor who supported me all along. I completed my 4-year course BS Accountancy and 6- month Basic Computer Programming. I wanted then to continue working at NCCC but I had to leave to take the CPA Board exam. Unfortunately, I failed the exam.

After some time, NCCC again opened its door for me. I was hired again but was given a different job already until I became part of the Merchandising Department of Department Store where I am currently assigned. Because of NCCC, I have learned to work with different types of people and have experienced several kinds of work that developed my personality. I am now more friendly, open and confident to share my talents and skills. I was able to achieve some of my goals in life as well. My heartfelt gratitude to the management for helping students like me pursue their dreams.

Supervisor

Here are the things I love about NCCC:

2.  Ang tiwala ng management. They trusted me to handle their business, giving me a chance to explore my talents and capabilities.

PEOPLE Assistant

I started working here as a Sales Associate, then as Counter Checker assigned at Department Store. Currently, I am a PEOPLE Assistant assigned at PEOPLE Department. Working here for three years and two months is quite a great experience. I was with different companies before joining NCCC but it's only here that I feel most comfortable.

For me, NCCC is the best company. I found home and family here. The management is very kind. It is not only looking after the sales and profit, but it also has a big heart for its associates and customers. I am so happy to work here. I love the environment, the people, the values that the company upholds, and the benefits it gives. My skills, talents, and capabilities were developed too. I've learned much and I was molded to become a more responsible and flexible person, a better one in general. I am really proud and blessed that I am part of this wonderful company. NCCC is truly A Leader Who Cares. May God's blessings continue to shower upon the management and its associates.

Senior Sales Associate

Being one of the NCCC associates way back September 21, 1979 is one of the most significant part of my life. It is a great opportunity, honor, and blessing to work with Tatay, Nanay, and Sir Henry. Their unconditional love and care for associates' became the company's strong foundation. After more than thirty years in the company, I continue to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Same thing goes for my family, my two children are now professionals because of the scholarship program. Thanks to the NCCC management.

Treasury Associate

Working at NCCC was far from my expectations. I applied here only to earn an income for my review class, expecting that after six (6) months I'll be out from the company and be back to the review school. My work wasn't also the kind of job that I desired. However, I came to love it as the days went on. Subsequently, the company recognized my performance and potentials by giving me a regular status of employment. I just realized that God's plan is sometimes different from ours.

NCCC is a good company . It has so much to offer to its employees from benefits to uplifting the morale of every associate through seminars, trainings, company events, career opportunities, etc. Here, I experienced belongingness and emotional ease in my environment. Everyone is treated equally. I could talk to my Supervisor as if I am talking with my mother while the respect that she is my superior is there. Another thing that I like and appreciate the most is its core value of humility. Like other associates, I also want to live up to it.. Finally, at the practical side, I stayed in the company because of the compensation and benefits that it gives to employees. Indeed, it is great to be part of NCCC! I am very thankful to God for directing me to NCCC.

Senior Supervisor

In 1999 , there was a customer who asked me how long I have been with the company. I told her,  "ten years." She asked me another question," what made you stay so loyal to this company?" I answered, " because the management shares their blessings to their employees." Then she asked me again, "in what way?" In answer to her question, I talked about the various benefits given to us by the management aside from providing good compensation.

That time I was reminded that I am proud and lucky to be in this company. The management treats us like members of their own family.We can turn to them if we need help. They are concerned not only for us but for the welfare of our families.

Program Management Officer

NCCC owners integrate values and strategies in improving their company in favor of its associates. We, associates, receive lawful wages, adequate trainings and other benefits. We also enjoy fun activities as part of our continuous improvement which include summer outings, sports fest and Christmas party.
